| This grouping took approximately 87 hours to complete. The table is handcrafted from koa and silver oak wood. The navy blue tile borders for both pieces were handcut from 1/4" x 4 1/4" ceramic tile slices which were inlaid before the mosaic work began. The sea life was then placed on the board with the mosaic work done last. This grouping was designed to portray the scenes I see while diving in the waters off Kuau. | |||||||||||
